Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Our products come with induction sealing to stay fresh for up to 2 years! Once opened, they’re best used within about 3 months – though we’re pretty sure they’ll be empty long before that.
Yes and no! While all our seaweed toppings are 100% vegan, some contain puffed bulgur, which is not gluten-free.
They’re versatile! You can sprinkle them over finished dishes for crunch, mix them into hot dishes, or use them as a flavorful garnish. They’re designed to complement a variety of recipes.
